Jamie Smart founded smarthomes in 1998 with the aim of creating a small-company feel where personal service, care and attention to detail are part of everyday life, with the vision and scale of a larger business. And that’s exactly what we’ve achieved – through a lot of hard work, a great team and a whole load of energy for what we do!

We have evolved into market leaders within the property industry, dealing with sales, new homes, land and commercial. We use the very latest technology in digital marketing and have a big presence on social media.

We are driven by extremely high standards of customer service and our staff are all highly experienced, well informed and extremely motivated to assist you in buying or selling your property.

We provide a full range of property services and work in partnership with The Mortgage Group who are on hand to help with any financial services. We also have professional service providers to help with conveyancing and all your legal requirements.

We’re with you every step of the way!
