Reserving your property
Once qualified, we help you to reserve your new home and guide you through the journey of buying a new property with our dedicated team, giving you the best customer service throughout.
Exchanging & completion
Once you have reserved your property you will be introduced to your personal sales progression manager who will effectively guide you from reservation to exchange to final completion on your new home.
Plot Visits
You will have the opportunity to see your new home throughout the various stages of the build, whether this is the early stages of the build, or the completed property including the chance of measuring the finished property for your personal touches. They will also carry out a full home demonstration and handover upon completion.
Aftersales
The developers we work with offer a developer guarantee, along with the nominated builders 10-year warranty.
