My role as a Sales Director is to carry out market appraisals in Hall Green and Acocks Green and oversee the whole process - from perspective vendors coming to the market through to showing potential buyers their new home. I work as Viewing Representative for smarthomes and absolutely relish the role. I get to engage with clients during the viewings and then provide feedback to the office, so they are able to relay this to the vendor. I work for smarthomes as a Viewings Representative and the excitement of finding a home for the purchaser gives me great satisfaction. As the in-house mortgage consultant, I provide advice to those buying, selling & re-financing their property. A mortgage is often an instrumental part of the home buying process and I feel a great sense of satisfaction seeing my clients collect the keys for their new home. My role as Lettings Director requires me to keep abreast with all the legislative, compliance and commercial demands that our Landlords face. Every day is different, exciting and busy. I have worked within an accountancy practice for over 12 years and have gained knowledge and experience in all aspects of accounts and payroll. My role as Accounts Manager involves all Landlords and Suppliers are paid on a timely manner and the bookkeeping is kept up to date.
