No experience necessary for this role as long as you have the right attitude to succeed within this growing department. You must have a pro-active approach with a can-do attitude. The company recruits candidates with an energetic and enthusiastic approach that will focus on a long-term career in the property sector.
The role will involve all aspects of the new homes business, from qualifying clients through to sale completion. The candidate will be offered a full training package and will learn to deliver a high standard of customer service to both our customers and developers.
This will be an on-the-job training position and the candidate will become knowledgeable of the new homes procedures and compliance. Being part of the award-winning “allagents” estate agency, we always have unique opportunities to learn and develop new and existing skills. The training programme will provide the candidate with the skill set required to become a successful new homes sales adviser.
The apprenticeship scheme will be delivered by a professional body and candidates will be expected to apply themselves to achieve the best outcomes. Our new homes training team will offer guidance and support throughout your apprenticeship journey and help you build an impressive portfolio of your learning outcomes.
