New Homes: December Bulletin

Welcome to our December bulletin of what’s been happening in New Homes.

Wow what an end to 2020, although a turbulent year with a lot of uncertainty the New Homes team had the best year for sales and completions.

Broadoaks welcomed its first residents with a number of completions and a flurry of purchasers wanting to take advantage of the old Help to buy scheme, with the deadline of the 15th December for the old scheme we had many clients that with the help of our recommended financial advisor Louise Lewis were able to still benefit.

With the new Help to Buy scheme now in place we can still offer a large number of apartments to genuine first time buyers for under the new £255,600 threshold, most of our developments still have units available.

Station Place our brand new development in Studley launched prior to Christmas, this is small development of just 5 houses including a bungalow, two semi detached two beds and a detached three and four bed.

The location and high build quality of these houses will mean that most probably these properties will be sold off plan. The award winning site manager Rob Ellis is welcoming clients to visit the development to discuss their new home and explain the build process to ensure their purchase is an informed enjoyable experience.
