the last bulletin of 2015

The smarthomes team have enjoyed both personal and professional achievements and have attained many accolades of which we are immensely proud. I personally have enjoyed writing each and every weekly bulletin and have appreciated this time to reflect upon our year…

We opened the Dickens Heath office and as a result of Sarah Jenkins’ hard work and commitment, she happily accepted her Directorship.

Joshua Field achieved his target based upon both sales and customer feedback and he has enjoyed his welldeserved reward happy motoring in his new BMW.

Stephanie Douglas returned to the sales team after her maternity leave and the sales team reached the highest pipeline in the Companies history.

Stephanie Douglas tied the knot at Hogarths and became Stephanie Johnston.

Senka Dragicevic and the rest of the lettings team had their best month on record, achieving 33 move ins for the month!

We released a performance related competition for the staff to win a holiday in a luxury villa in Marbella, with the benefits of their own chef! They all achieved their relevant targets, whilst maintaining excellent customer feedback and now look forward to their well-deserved break in early 2016.

smarthomes were the main sponsor of the Dickens Heath Festival on the Green. Sarah Jenkins worked her fingers to the bone ensuring the smooth running of the whole day, whilst staff, friends and families helped man the stalls raising £174.00 for Operation Christmas Child. Jenny Collet officially became the “Mary Berry” of accounts to support the Pete Symes Charity by baking cakes and donating all the proceeds to help a very close friend.

The company experienced its most productive month ever since it started in 1998.

We supported Operation Christmas Child and were very proud to be able to donate 38 boxes to the Appeal thanks to our fundraising efforts at Festival on the Green, staff, friends and family.

To thank the staff for all their efforts, our Christmas Party saw us on the Magellan Cruise Liner in London where we ate, danced and drank the night away in style. It also saw the retirement of Gill Smart after 15 years of loyal service to Smart Homes. Thank you Gill.2015 has been our most successful year to date.
